The forgings procured are then subjected to machining to manufacture gears & shafts. First blank turning operation is CNC Turning Machine done followed by Teeth Cutting on Hobbing & Gear Shaper Machine.
Broaching is also done for Splines and Key Way wherever required. After that shaving operation is done on Shaving machine to give further accuracy & finish to gear. Then soft Gears & Shafts produced are subjected to Heat Treatment Process for required hardness through either Gas Carborizing Procedure or Induction Hardening Process as per specifications. Required Hardness as per range is maintained by checking it on Hardness Tester for every lot.

To check the precision of products the company is also equipped with the various Guages and instruments like Flange Micrometers to check the MOT size and variation, PCD Bench Centre to check PCD Run Out, Gear Rols Tester to check TTE and TTCE, Profile Projector and various others to check required dimensions.
